Manage the complete end-to-end process of product listing creation - including product titles, detailed product descriptions, image creation and all associated product specifications.
Develop compelling and SEO-friendly content for product listings, including keywords, images, and descriptions.
Facilitate channel feed updates, including integration and uploads to various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
Monitor and manage the integration of new products and ensure that all listings are accurate and up to date.
Monitor, regularly update and optimise listing content, including images, keywords, product titles, and descriptions.
Ensure that all content meets brand guidelines, marketplace guidelines and is consistent across all platforms.
Create and edit images to meet the company's standard sizes and requirements and individual marketplace guidelines.
Use basic Photoshop or similar software skills to adjust images, add icons, and incorporate brand templates as needed.
Manage monthly cross channel listing audit.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and inventory management, to gather necessary information and insights for product listings.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure a smooth listing process and address any issues that may arise.
Optimise product content and titles and run A/B testing.
Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements in the product listing workflow.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices and competitors in e-commerce.
