Our Group Enablement Teams are the Technology, Business Enablement, Value Chain, and Replenishment experts developing new capabilities and platforms for a better retail future. What will I be doing?
In this role you'll work with various key stakeholders to provide, and deliver to, a Product Roadmap and prioritised Product Backlog, that supports and achieves the business goals.
Working towards leadership of a Functional team with specialisation in SAP Finance (FICO, AP, AR, AA, PS, IM). This Application supports 1,000s of users and the team oversees the delivery of Enhancements/Projects during the business cycle.
Define future skills (technical and business partnering) needed in the team, and work with team members to build the skill sets. This includes the definition of WRICEFs to new business requirements and the eventual migration to S/4HANA.
Close collaboration with relevant stakeholders to understand the business objectives, anticipate the business needs, and translate them into backlog items of changes needed to support the objectives. Engagement and communication with various levels of stakeholders into the release priorities and expected delivery timeframes.
Assist the Enhancement (CI/CD) Lead in the management and prioritisation of the Product Backlog, covering all changes needed, including problems, enhancements, and project requirements, with the prioritisation meeting the overarching business goals.
Technical leadership and decision-making accountability in the relevant application area. Provide thought leadership on a Product roadmap to enable the delivery of key business and Technology objectives
Ensure fit-for-purpose system testing and user acceptance tests are conducted on sprint deliverables, to ensure product quality.
Review and signoff functional designs, ensuring they meet the customer needs.
Oversee the transition of Project build to BAU Support Teams including the provision of clarity to business users on roles and business process
What will I bring?
??????8+ years working as an SAP FICO
S4 HANA end to end implementation/BAU support/Enhancements experience is a must
Experience with enterprise applications, requiring mission critical availability and stability
Sound IT Service Management experience across the end to end service lifecycle, most importantly strategy, design and build
Experience working as a Product Lead in a matrix business environment working with onshore/offshore teams across Applications, Integration, Security and Data Exchange (FTP, Webservices, API)
Expertise in Agile delivery and DevOps Toolchain
