Role Overview This role will be a hybrid work position; it is not a fully remote position. We are in search of someone with experience in enterprise software product management to lead the development of the Regulatory Product, which forms part of the Datascape Enterprise SaaS ERP solution. In this pivotal role, you will be tasked with orchestrating the planning, execution, and optimisation of the product, with a focus on the unique needs of the local government sector.

Responsibilities: Strategic Vision: Develop and communicate a clear vision and roadmap for the Product. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, executives, and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives and market needs. Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and ongoing optimisation, while maintaining a keen focus on quality and customer satisfaction. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and opportunities for innovation within the enterprise software domain. Team Leadership: Provide mentorship, guidance, and leadership to product managers and business analysts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement. What you'll bring: Expertise: Proven track record of success in enterprise software product management, with a deep understanding of software development methodologies and industry best practices. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and influencing skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams towards shared goals. Analytical Mindset: Exceptional problem-solving skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Industry Experience: Local government Regulatory and Compliance experience is a plus.
