Product Lead - Cashflow and Markets

About the role
As our Product Lead - Cashflow and Markets, you will report to the Head of Product - Business and Agribusiness and will focus on Product Strategy, Product Development & Product Management areas for your defined product sets. The key focus of the role is to own the development and delivery of product strategies, roadmaps, and backlogs that align with our target customer segments.
You will be responsible for ensuring the products align with divisional strategies, and you will support the relevant investment charter. Your role will involve strong leadership focus and stakeholder management, operating cross-functionally within the Products team with a strategic contribution to the product transformation agenda.
As a key member of the business product team, you will strengthen the role of Product Management and build the capability of the product team. You will ensure that the team manages the product in accordance with the requirements of the Product Lifecycle Framework and follow Product design principles throughout the product lifecycle.
You will drive and take accountability for the product simplification and rationalisation roadmap for your products and constantly review products, processes, and policies to capture and implement opportunities for incremental improvements.
About you
Experience in developing, embedding, and executing product strategy, roadmaps, and backlogs within a customer segment
Proven experience developing and delivering new products to market
Demonstrated experience in developing strong working relationships with key stakeholders
Ability to lead and influence at all levels of the organisation
Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proven ability to motivate and develop others
Demonstrated expertise in Financial Services products aligned to the defined product set
Strong knowledge and understanding of banking products and services
Innovative and lateral thinker
