Joining at an exciting early stage, you'll have the opportunity to shape the future of this product and contribute to its long-term success.Reporting to the Director of Growth, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, leveraging your strong stakeholder management skills to drive key outcomes. You'll work closely with product, marketing, and customer experience teams to enhance metrics related to customer activation, retention, and revenue growth.With a problem-solving mindset and a passion for innovation, you will use deep customer insights to develop strategic initiatives, create personalised experiences, introduce innovative features, and refine pricing strategies. This role offers significant room for growth as you help scale an exciting product that delivers real impact for investors.If you're passionate about driving product innovation and eager to make a difference in the investment space, this is the role for you!Role ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain the product optimisation backlog and roadmap for Betashares Direct.Design and execute multivariate tests to continuously improve key product metrics.Lead in-platform customer innovation and data layer programmes.Collaborate with UX researchers, data analysts, and customer support teams to extract insights.Develop and implement incentive and referral programmes to drive user growth.Improve product communications to enhance customer experience and engagement.Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including activation rates and AUM growth.Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to align product initiatives.Identify and implement new growth strategies and technologies.Contribute to the overall growth of assets under management through product enhancements.Skills & Experience3-5 years of experience in product management or product growth, preferably in fintech or start-up environments.Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with ability to interpret complex data.Experience with multivariate testing and product optimisation techniques.Familiarity with product management tools and data analytics platforms.Familiarity with customer engagement, CDP, and personalisation tools.Experience with headless content management systems (CMS) and their integration into product experiences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Ability to quickly develop in-depth knowledge of financial products and adapt to change.Financial knowledge and experience in wealthtech, fintech, remittance, or gaming is a plus.Experience with data visualisation tools and product analytics platforms.Reasons To Join UsWhat We OfferBetashares believes our most important asset is our people and we are proud of the culture we have built – but we are always striving to be better.
