As a Product Growth Analyst at Ria Money Transfer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our digital products. Your insights into market trends, customer behavior, and product performance will inform strategic decisions and drive our product's evolution. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our digital offerings, ensuring they meet and exceed our customers' needs. Conduct comprehensive market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, and leverage these insights to inform growth strategies and product enhancements. Collaborate closely with product teams, project managers, developers, and the Program Management Director for Growth, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Leverage data analytics to identify user behavior patterns, conversion bottlenecks, and opportunities for product enhancements, with a focus on driving growth and optimizing performance. Monitor key growth metrics and support the optimization of product performance through data-driven insights and strategic adjustments. Contribute to the development of growth strategies by providing data-driven insights and market analysis specific to the regional market. Support the execution of our regional omnichannel strategy, ensuring a seamless and integrated customer experience across all platforms to drive customer retention and growth. Act as a key liaison between the ANZ digital team and global product leadership, ensuring strategic alignment and effective communication, particularly in relation to growth objectives. Collaborate with stakeholders across global and regional teams to ensure strategic alignment and support growth initiatives, including product development, marketing, and customer service. You will be our product's eyes and ears, expected to deeply understand user experience on a cohort-by-cohort level and translate these insights into actionable growth strategies. Who You Are Proven experience in mobile/web app product management, analysis, or growth analysis, ideally within the digital financial services sector. Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analytics and funnel tracking tools. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a track record of building strong cross-functional relationships. Forward-thinking, with a keen eye for emerging market trends and customer needs. Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment. Innovative and strategic thinker with a passion for identifying growth opportunities and scaling digital products. Experience working with tools such as Amplitude, Jira, Coda, Segment, Google Analytics, Power BI, or similar to track and analyze product performance and growth metrics.
