About the role As a Product Specialist, you'll be the go-to authority on various tractor and farming solutions. You'll empower dealership sales teams with in-depth product knowledge, collaborate on sales strategies, and drive customer conversions at field days and events.
This remote-based role offers the benefits of working from home with extensive travel throughout New South Wales. The successful candidate will ideally be located centrally in regional NSW, but our client is flexible if there is a willingness to travel.
What you'll do:
Train and equip sales teams to effectively sell product features and benefits. Showcase company products and brands at major industry events. Work directly with customers to demonstrate value and close deals. Strategise with dealers to achieve sales targets and boost market share. Your background: 5+ years in product management, sales, or training within the agricultural industry. Deep knowledge of farming practices and machinery.
