About the Role: The main purpose of this role is to ensure that all products are available on our website on time, with high-quality visuals, videos, attributes, tags, product descriptions, pricing, in the correct category; and meet internal guidelines for both AU & NZ.
The role also assists the eCommerce team to deliver the digital strategy and provide a superior eCommerce experience.
Your key Responsibilities will include: Product ManagementManage the end to end enrichment process for ecommerce including all data points and photography.Ensure product enrichment is managed efficiently, with strong attention to detail and in a timely manner.Generate/create product descriptions by using product data available and using the appropriate tone of voice for the TAF brand.Management of product samples for photography and the relationship with the re-touchers to ensure photos are returned in a timely manner.Managing ecommerce photography shoots utilising the internal photography team and approving images for the site.Liaising with brands and store teams to get samples required for photographing.Ownership of the product data on site, ensuring all data is accurate to deliver a best in class CX and reduce returns.Ensure the product experience (visuals, angles, background) is uniform across the website for different categories (shoes, socks, accessories, etc.
).Optimise the user filtering experience by associated relevant attributes to products (e.g.
"Surface type" attribute for Tennis Shoes).Work with the Ecommerce/SEO team to ensure products are optimised for SEO to drive traffic to site from organic search.Create strong relationships with the brands to ensure product information is provided in a timely manner to facilitate the enrichment process.Managing the onboarding of any new brands.Work with the product and ecommerce teams to maintain consistent pricing across both the ERP and ecommerce platforms including managing markdowns for any sale events.Execute accurately and within deadlines.Ensure set up & removal of onsite promotions.Where necessary ensure online promotions are aligned and launched in line with in store activity.EcommerceSupporting the Ecommerce team with onsite UAT testing & QA checks for new website developments/deployments.Support the Ecommerce team with the upload of blog articles to the website and other on-site content and SEO updates.Assist in managing updates to the store hours across the network on the website and Google.Customer ExperienceWork with various departments to ensure we are delivering best in class customer experience.Be the first point of contact for the network and customer service team for operational & product concerns.Assist with special projects that advance customer experience.Assist with ad-hoc reporting where necessary.Monitor & analyse relevant website metrics and take appropriate action.Monitor on site selling and search tools reporting to optimize product merchandising.To be successful you will ideally have the following: Minimum 1-2 years ecommerce operations coordination, preferably in Magento.Copy writing capability.MS Excel (Intermediate-Advanced).Preferably footwear retail or wholesale background or an interest in Sport/Running.Effective written and verbal communication skills.Can-do attitude, hands-on and responsive.Able to prioritise and meet deadlines.Work independently and as part of a team.Highly self-driven with initiative to be hands-on to support wider team.Analytical skills experience with Google Analytics (preferred but not essential).Highly organised with great communication skills.At Accent Group Limited we are committed to creating an inclusive workplace that promotes and values diversity and inclusion.
