Following the completion of a comprehensive Strategic Review in May 2024, it was announced that Perpetual Limited will become a standalone Asset Management business and has entered into an agreement with an affiliate of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts (KKR) who will acquire the Corporate Trust and Wealth Management businesses.
About the role We are seeking a qualified and experienced professional for the role of Product Disclosure Manager to drive the delivery and to co-ordinate and manage the due diligence process for Perpetual's regulated disclosure documents supporting our client product and service offerings.
End to end project management of our regulated disclosure documents including: Responsibility for leading and coordinating the project planning sessions and the due diligence process Coordinating and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders Responsible for the efficient and effective management and updates in the document management (Objective Keystone) system and Product information management systems Ensuring an excellent delivery focus and a strong customer service orientation Staying on top of legislation to ensure our documentation meets requirements Oversight of our Product Governance Framework requirements About you Minimum 5+ years' experience across product management, project management, disclosure and legal functions Previous Objective Keystone software experience Previous financial services' regulated disclosure document experience Ability to influence other members of the business to obtain desired outcomes is also important An ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing Time management skills in a fast-moving business Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Legal qualifications not essential but desirable Previous product management experience not essential but desirable How we work Our unique culture is underpinned by our three organisational behaviours, Stretch, Own it, Make an impact which drive our approach of day-to-day interactions with colleagues and clients; the way we approach decision-making to the questions we ask and the problems we solve.
