Key Responsibilities Research market trends to identify product opportunities.Lead design and development with a focus on quality and safety.Manage end-to-end product development and manufacturing partnerships.Oversee product testing for compliance with safety standards (e.g., ASTM, EN71).Coordinate user trials, surveys, and focus groups.Supervise packaging design and product documentation.Support product launches and marketing initiatives.Skills & Experience Proven experience in product development, preferably in baby or consumer goods.Knowledge of materials like silicone, stainless steel, and bamboo.Strong understanding of safety regulations for baby products.Excellent project management and problem-solving skills.Experience working with international manufacturers.Why Join Us?
