Job Description
Leading a team of food technologists across three sites, your role will look like:
Ensuring all new products adhere to company standards and regulations Developing and implementing strategic plans for product development Overseeing product trials and testing, ensuring any issues are resolved efficiently Collaborating with other departments to align product development with company objectives Conducting market research to identify new opportunities for product development Providing regular updates to senior management on the progress of new product development Ensuring the NPD department stays within budget and meets its objectives The Successful Applicant
Our ideal candidate has strong management experience in product development within a food product environment:
Exposure to the poultry would be advantageous Degree in food science or other relevant discipline Excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively Strong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectively Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Able to travel between sites as required What's on Offer
