Job Description Leading a team of food technologists across three sites, your role will look like:
Ensuring all new products adhere to company standards and regulationsDeveloping and implementing strategic plans for product developmentOverseeing product trials and testing, ensuring any issues are resolved efficientlyCollaborating with other departments to align product development with company objectivesConducting market research to identify new opportunities for product developmentProviding regular updates to senior management on the progress of new product developmentEnsuring the NPD department stays within budget and meets its objectivesThe Successful Applicant Our ideal candidate has strong management experience in product development within a food product environment:
Exposure to the poultry would be advantageousDegree in food science or other relevant disciplineExcellent leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectivelyStrong communication skills, with the ability to present ideas and strategies effectivelyAble to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentAble to travel between sites as requiredWhat's on Offer In return you will receive:
