What you'll do The Product Development Manager will develop the 1-3 year category plans and formulate the roadmap to ensure the delivery there of, ensuring it delivers to the business strategy and commitments.
The development plan must be aligned to the Woolworths strategy and deliver real choice, innovation, quality and value, exceeding the expectations of customers, and contributing to market share growth.
They are accountable for the Quality standards and organoleptic characteristics of all their products.
