We build lasting relationships and share our expertise to help them make confident, informed decisions.About the position:As the Product Development Manager at Cullen Jewellery, you'll oversee our new product development process, from initial concept through to website launch. Working closely with our operations and production teams, you'll ensure that our product range evolves to meet customer needs, maintains high standards and remains competitive in the market.Key Responsibilities include:Manage and guide the new product process, from planning and design through to creation, launch, and online placement.Conduct research on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to ensure our product range remains relevant and competitive.Collaborate with production and sales to create innovative products that align with customer needs and brand vision, and bring them to market.Identify and onboard new suppliers to expand product offerings while ensuring they meet our high standards for quality and consistency.Build and maintain spec sheets or tech packs with detailed information and photos for all products, ensuring accuracy and consistency for both internal workshop use and third-party factories.What are we seeking?Qualification in Business, Marketing, Product Design or a related field, and/or experience in a similar role, preferably within the jewellery or accessories industry.Experience managing product development processes from conception to launch.Experience creating detailed spec sheets or tech packs for consistent production.Ability to conduct and interpret market and trend analysis to inform product decisions.Skilled in sourcing suppliers and maintaining quality control standards.
