Product Development Lead

Attribute Group are proud to be working with a fast paced and innovative IT solutions consultancy, whose portfolio of clients include some of the biggest brands in Australia.They currently have an exciting opportunity available for a Product Development Lead to be the connection between business stakeholders and development teams and provide seamless integration and functionality across all product development phases for one of their major clients.The Role: This role demands a hands-on approach, working directly with scrum masters, solution designers, architects, development squads, product owners, subject matter experts and business analysts to foster a collaborative environment that nurtures innovation and operational excellence.Play a crucial role in supporting the execution of the product strategy and vision, ensuring meticulous alignment with and delivery of the product roadmap for delivery of business objectives and strategic goals.Instrumental in supporting solution validation and leading the assurance of product quality, orchestrating stakeholder interactions to foster collaboration.Experience Required: Strong interpersonal skills; able to build strong relationships and collaboration across diverse and matrixed stakeholders and customers.Ability to facilitate difficult discussions, prioritisation of competing interests, managing both strategic and tactical interests.Ability to surface, prioritize and balance multiple stakeholder priorities.Experience of design thinking principles and customer experience design.Ability to juggle multiple priorities and make things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, including experience leveraging data to inform decision making and assist in solving engineering problems.Expertise in strategic thinking and strong business acumen.Domain expertise in the applicable industry vertical business processes or industry applications.Demonstrated success in defining and building products.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical information in a condensed manner to various stakeholders verbally and in writing.Strong project management skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Please apply Immediately or reach out to Ross Dunham at ******
