About the Role A rapidly growing D2C brand is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Product Developer to lead the design and development of a new range of baby and toddler products.
Key responsibilities include conducting market research and competitive analysis, leading the redesign and development of products, managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with marketing and production teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
Requirements Proven experience in product development, ideally in the baby products market or related fields.
Understanding of design processes, including CAD software and prototyping.
Knowledge of materials (e.g., silicone, bamboo).
Familiarity with safety regulations for baby and children's products (e.g., ASTM, EN71).
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple product timelines simultaneously.
Creativity and problem-solving skills with a passion for innovation.
