You'll work alongside a versatile team to design intuitive, engaging experiences for a diverse range of MYOB offerings.What we value in our designersYou're a perfect fit if you:- Dive deep into customer understanding, utilising various research methods.- Involve your team in interpreting insights and crafting solutions.- Design with versatility, from low to high fidelity.- Actively seek feedback to refine your work.- Excel in collaboration and communication within cross-functional teams.- Test ideas, concepts, and designs early and often.- Consider our customer's full journey from start to finish.Skills and Experience- Strong experience in digital product design.- Experience working on onboarding for sophisticated applications advantageous but not crucial.- A curiosity about problem-solving and a passion for user experience.- Proficient in design research, discovery, validation, and usability testing.- Experience with end-to-end workflows and mapping techniques, with a high competence in working with appropriate design tools (i.e. Figma, Dovetail, Miro or equivalent experience).- Demonstrated competence in facilitating workshops that engage cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and co-creation to drive innovative solutions.- Agile methodology experience and capability to work in cross-functional teams.- Strong communication skills and a history of successful team member Culture & BenefitsOur values have stood the test of you want to work and collaborate where opinions are valued, and your ideas can make a difference, come to a place where Your Work Matters.
