How you will spend your time  Working with the Head of Design and key stakeholders , you will  Assume end-to-end responsibility for the development, execution and performance of the core banking flow son mobile and desktop including payments and accounts.
Dive deep into user behaviors, needs, and pain points through surveys, interviews, and usability testing.
Create personas and user journey maps to inform design decisions.
Oversee digital delivery, encompassing responsive web and app design.
Define content structure and organization, creating sitemaps, service maps and navigation flows for seamless user experiences.
aligning with our design principles and accessibility standards.
Craft and communicate a cohesive long-term design vision that guides teams towards creating beautiful, functional experiences.
Regularly Partcipate in craft critiques and reviews to elevate design quality across the organization  Conduct end-to-end audits of our UI, visuals, Copy and design system to ensure consistency and push the visual design system forward  Partner with Engineering and Product teams to establish and maintain user journey maps and quarterly and yearly vision/  Stay up-to-date with industry standards and design system best practices.
What you will bring  4+ years of experience in user experience, product, or working in an explicit design systems role   Proficient in information architecture, user flows, task flows, customer journeys, usability heuristics, accessibility standards, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, and iterating on designs at various fidelities  Balance customer experience, business impact, speed, and quality in your design approach.
Proficient at creating layouts, choosing fonts and colors, designing icons, and making visuals that look great and make sense.
Familiar with creating and using guidelines for consistent design across projects.
Able to explain design choices clearly and discuss ideas effectively with team members and clients.
Very skilled at using Figma, including its tools for working together with others.
Organized and efficient: Can manage time well, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a busy work environment.
Experience working in fast-paced teams, collaborating with different departments to create and improve designs step-by-step.
A plus if you have worked in home lending, banking or similar fields or can quickly learn about new industries and apply that knowledge to design work.
