This role involves collaborating with clients, business, delivery, and development teams to identify opportunities to enhance product user experiences through research and testing, ensuring that the final product meets both company and client expectations.
Tasks will include: Design the User Experience: Lead the design of intuitive user experiences by creating user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes.
You will focus on understanding user behavior and crafting seamless interactions that enhance engagement and satisfaction.Wireframes, Prototypes & Mockups: Create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and mockups that define product functionality and visual elements.
Your designs will address user needs, ensuring a streamlined and visually appealing platform experience.User Flow Development: Analyze user behavior and platform usage data to develop meaningful user flows.
Your design solutions will enhance the user journey, anticipating needs and reducing friction throughout the product experience.Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with the product manager, engineers, and other key stakeholders to ensure design alignment with both user needs and business objectives.
You will translate requirements into functional and visually compelling designs.Iterative Design Process: Participate in regular design reviews, iterating on designs based on feedback and evolving requirements.
Your role will focus on refining the user interface to ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience across the platform.Team Collaboration & Innovation: Be a collaborative and innovative team player, working closely with cross-functional teams.
