About the role: As a Product Designer at Easy Agile, you will be embedded into one of our product teams and own the end-to-end design work. You will also be an active participant in a company wide initiative to transform our stand-alone products to an interconnected product suite, with a shared design approach and a consistent, pragmatic user experience.
What you'll do:You will be the sole Product Designer for one of our products, working in a cross-functional team with a Senior Product Manager, Engineering Manager and a team of 2 Engineers.Work end-to-end from validating the problem statement, running user interviews, research, competitor analysis, ideation, running workshops, refining design approaches in Figma, working with the engineering team to break this down into manageable chunks, testing and iterating.Collaborate with the design team to deliver a cohesive experience for the product suite.Work with the Atlassian Design System (ADS) to find creative design solutions.Contribute to Easy Agile's Design System to cover any Easy Agile needs that the ADS doesn't provide for.About you:You're an experienced Product Designer, who has owned the end to end design work for a SaaS product or feature. You thrive in a collaborative environment and have excellent communication skills that enable you to advocate for your design vision to cross-functional teams.You welcome feedback with an open mind and curiosity, thoughtfully considering how to incorporate it or set it aside based on the best interests of the project and product outcomes.You have at least 12 months of experience using Figma.You have experience in incorporating a 3rd party's design system into your day-to-day work.You have deep user interaction design experience, preferably with complex sets of tasks and user flows. You have experience designing for multi-user environment apps typically used by teams/organisations e.g. Salesforce, Miro, Canva, Office, any apps built for agile dev teams.You have experience running usability testing or conducting user interviews.We'll be excited if you have: Experience facilitating and running design workshops.Experience forming and running your own research initiatives.Strong written communication skills.To support you at work and play, here are the fantastic benefits and perks you'll enjoy at Easy Agile - Unique and generous Employee Share Option Plan (ESOP).
