You will support our Senior Product Designer in creating and updating product designs, and suggesting UI and UX improvements. Maintain our design system and keep researching and improving your knowledge of UI and UX to ensure our platform is one of the best designed in the space.Responsibilities:Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to bring design ideas to life.Update existing details in Figma based on feedback.Design user interfaces that are intuitive, easy to use, and visually appealing.Communicate and collaborate with developers to implement designs.Maintain and update design systems and style guides.Maintain user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design standards.Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.Experience:Bachelor's degree in design, computer science, or a related field.1+ years of experience in product design preferably in software as a service applications.Understanding of user-centered design principles.Experience using Figma.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.If you are passionate about building innovative software products, have a customer-centric mindset, and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, we would love to hear from you.Here at MEDDICC, we're a passionate and talented team who go the extra mile to make MEDDICC the best it can be - so with that in mind, we're not a fan of easy apply.
