What you will be doing As a Product Designer, you'll collaborate closely with our product managers and engineers on both our workflow automation and AI products, Josef and Josef Q.
Your role is crucial in our interdisciplinary team, driving the design and delivery of products that resonate with our customers. You'll be the bridge between our team and our users, conducting regular user research and gathering both qualitative and quantitative insights. These insights will guide your design solutions, turning them from concepts into tangible products.
You'll use various design tools to conceptualise features and solutions, collaborating with the team to bring these to life for our customers. Your expertise will be vital in helping us achieve our mission of being a trusted partner to legal and compliance teams.
Your responsibilities will include: Crafting designs that blend creativity with customer insights and data. Sharing designs at every project stage, fostering team collaboration for optimal outcomes. Maintaining our design system for consistency and scalability across our platform. Conducting research to validate concepts and evaluate existing features, keeping the team connected with customer insights. Staying informed about the latest design trends, tools, and technologies, and sharing this knowledge with the team. What you bring to the role Required: 3+ years of experience in designing both rapid and high-fidelity prototypes A flexible, iterative approach to design, with a habit of sharing work-in-progress A user-centric design process to address complex customer challenges Strong communication skills collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers Effective stakeholder management skills in a startup environment, with the ability to gather, synthesise feedback, and drive decisions A recent design portfolio showcasing your work Proficiency in using Figma Experience in designing B2B SaaS products and conducting research in this domain Demonstrated experience in designing AI-based products Experience maintaining and contributing to Design Systems Interest or experience in Legaltech What we look for in future Josefites We're passionate about our culture, here's a glimpse into what we strive for as a team:
