In this role, you will report into the Head Of Design, Growth and join an organisation consisting of multiple teams across North America and Australia. As an individual contributor, you'll lead the design work for your growth squad, aiming to deliver a better time to value for our customers. You will partner with other Growth designers and multiple design teams across the company. Together, you will create high quality experiences that feel like they came from one set of hands and communicate a strong point of view.What you'll doUse experimentation and data to drive design decision-makingAdvocate the importance of designing for growth across your teamWork with product managers, engineering and other partners to fine-tune existing experiences to improve SAAS flywheel performanceCollaborate with internal and external partners to ideate, design and ship great customer experiencesGrow your craft expertise and contribute to our wider design teams patterns and libraries.Qualifications3 years + of experience as a core product designerStrong visual and interaction design portfolioAbility to drive better customer experiences through story-tellingExperience working on a Growth team or using experimentation methodologiesUnderstanding the importance of balancing customer needs with business goals, experience quality, with technical feasibilityExperience with SaaS desirableStrong understanding and experience working with design systemsExperience in shipping a range of smaller and larger experiences; from smaller experiments like ads to full-blown featuresConfident working through a full lifecycle from customer problem, to research and ideation, solutions, iteration and measurementAtlassian offers a variety of perks and benefits to support you, your family and to help you engage with your local community.
