Product Designer - Growth Australia (Remote) Fulltime

Our Role: We're looking for a Product Designer to join our newly formed Growth Team. In this role, you'll join our newly formed Growth Team where every experiment you launch has the potential to impact millions of users. You'll leverage user data and behavioural insights to design and iterate on experiments that drive user acquisition, retention, and conversions.
What You'll Do: Work with the Growth Team to design, test, and iterate on product experiments aimed at improving key growth metrics.Create user flows, interfaces, and interactions that lead to measurable improvements in conversions and engagement, including A/B testing.Work with cross-functional teams across web, data and product to deliver and ship new experiments, sharing knowledge and enhancing team collaboration.Present designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and the leadership team.Work with teams and facilitate workshops to solve design challenges and implement strategies to improve project workflow.Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards.Skills We Like: Demonstrated experience in designing web and native mobile apps.Strong understanding and experience in working with Figma to deliver web/mobile applications.You're excited by an environment where you can work across many different areas of our product and adapt to shifting priorities as you learn more from users and data.Willingness to learn about growth metrics and how to use data to drive decisions and development priorities.Experience in developing and maintaining design systems with practical knowledge of atomic design.A strong interest in UI design, with practical knowledge and experience in applying user-centric design principles.Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.Curious and highly engaged with the latest product design, mobile app trends, and technology.An innate drive for continuous learning and improvement.Experience within a Growth team is a bonus!Why Leonardo.Ai?Shape the Future of AI: Join us in revolutionising content creation and build a platform at the forefront of generative AI, in an award winning culture.Hybrid and Remote Options: Flexibility is key. This could be a real-life business scenario to unpack, a presentation, a test or a collaboration exercise.
