DI is a business transformation program reimagining the products, propositions and experiences we will deliver for customers into the future. Reporting to the Manager Portfolio Strategy and Product Design – you will design new insurance products that will deliver on our future home product roadmap. This is a 12-month contract opportunity.What you'll doLead the design and documentation of new Home insurance productsTake a product initiative from the Digital Insurer product pipeline and design how the product is structured and how it is experienced by our customersTake a customer focused approach and validate ideas through customer research, testing, and analysisWork closely with and manage both internal and external stakeholders to design solutions that meet the needs of both customers and the businessCreate and communicate analysis to justify design from a desirability, viability, and feasibility point of viewActively collaborate across the Consumer team and Digital Insurer program stakeholders including Portfolio, Pricing, Distribution, Claims, and external partnersWhat you'll bringDemonstrated experience in product design, development and innovationExperience in delivering a product from concept into delivery/launch.
