5-8 years of experience in User Experience or Business Analysis.
Strong business analysis background, with a focus on identifying and delivering key insights.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Experience working in Agile environments, focusing on continuous improvement.
Ideal: 8+ years' experience in Business Analysis or UX.
2+ years of people leadership experience.
Expertise in analytics tools and UX techniques.
Exposure to projects in a regulated environment.
