Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership: Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery. Drive the strategy and roadmap for merging two platforms into one unified, cutting-edge solution.Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision and priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.Feature Development: Work with engineering, design, and business teams to develop features that improve functionality and the overall user experience.User Research & Insights: Conduct user research and gather insights to deeply understand customer pain points and needs. Translate these into product features that deliver high value.Agile Product Management: Manage the product backlog, sprints, and releases, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.Team Collaboration: Lead a collaborative team approach, working closely with stakeholders to ensure all product goals are met.Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics to track product performance, measure success, and identify opportunities for optimization.Innovation & Improvement: Continuously iterate on the product, incorporating customer feedback and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
About You
Product Leadership: You've demonstrated success in leading digital products through all stages of the lifecycle, ideally within startups or scaleups. Experience in HealthTech or MedTech is highly regarded.Strategic Thinker: You excel at defining product strategy and can translate high-level goals into actionable plans.Collaborative: You thrive in cross-functional teams and have a strong ability to align various stakeholders on product vision and execution.Analytical & Data-Driven: You make decisions based on data, using user insights and analytics to shape your product roadmap.UX/UI Understanding: You have a strong appreciation for user-centered design and understand how to work closely with design teams to deliver seamless, functional products.Agile Expertise: You have extensive experience in Agile environments, managing product backlogs, sprints, and cross-functional teams.
