Job Description Your Role & Team: Reporting to the CPO, you will be the most senior product design person in CreditorWatch owning companywide design strategy and principles. You will have a strong influence on the company's product strategy.
What will you be doing? In a hands-on role, working product-driven environment with experienced product managers, product owners and engineering leads, you will be responsible for overseeing the UX of each development delivery.  Owning and influencing the product design strategy for the business. You will also directly lead three other Product Designers and will be central to help scaling the design team in the future. You will be working in a high-performing & fast-paced environment so having the ability to make key decisions at speed without losing focus on best-practice usability, will be a huge advantage. What are we looking for? A successful track record defining and executing design strategies and processes (systems and standards) across a portfolio of products. A proven ability to synthesise customer insights into products that users love. Experience leading product designers to grow and do their best work in a positive and creative environment.  Demonstrated ability to lead a group through rapid iterations of lo/hi-fidelity designs. Plenty of experience in defining user journeys and information architecture, without losing focus on best-practice usability. An ability to design intuitive user interfaces. A pragmatic approach to product design with an ability to firmly focus on the end user value whilst incorporating commercial goals. A love of data (both qualitative and quantitative) and turning insights into actions that drive customer usage and satisfaction. An ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts, simply and clearly. Keep Active – All employees get aFitness First Platinum gym membership.
