Yearly salary reviews + an STI Bonus plan As a Product Delivery Lead in our Product Delivery team, you'll champion our customers, partners and people through the delivery of projects and initiatives that involve multiple parts of our customer journeys and technology domains.
You will use your project delivery experience and skills to balance business outcomes alongside customer, partner and business benefits. You will work with the people in your team, and various people across the business to build and manage delivery plans and sequence work for delivery through from inception to implementation. You will clearly articulate priorities by helping team members understand what work they will do and why it matters.
In this role, you'll: Partner with the Product, Marketing, Partner, Tech and Operations teams to build a rich understanding of the products, experiences, systems, consumer and agent behaviours and the general day to day operational functions and needs of the business Establish and manage product delivery workstreams and projects Work closely with Product Managers, suppliers, Technology, Risk, Compliance and the development team to execute on the Pay business unit objectives Work closely with the team, Technology, suppliers and stakeholders throughout delivery to ensure requirements and solutions are aligned to targeted outcomes Lead team, stakeholder and supplier engagement including planning workshops, stand-ups and status meetings Manage dependencies and sequencing of work, working closely with the Product Management to ensure alignment Project delivery and business risk / issues management as per Latitude's risk and issues management guidelines Release / implementation ownership inclusive of meeting any necessary Change Authority Board (CAB) requirements Financial management inclusive of cost tracking and forecasting, execution of supplier statement of works, purchase order and time-sheeting administration Producing accurate and timely status reporting on initiatives Preparing and presenting option and recommendation papers / packs to senior management. Skills & Experience: An undergraduate degree in business, technology or related discipline or comparable work experience Experience as a Delivery Lead, Project Manager and/or Product Owner Experience in managing stakeholders and vendors to deliver projects with fixed end dates and complex requirements Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Financial Services knowledge across originations, credit cards, receivables platforms and servicing domains Strong understanding of delivery, governance, change management and benefits realisation frameworks Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills A team player attitude and is collaborative by nature Excellent business acumen and ability to build strong open relationships with business stakeholders Any prior experience with Confluence, Jira or MS Project would be nice Ability to understand business requirements, technical design and solution and application architecture The skills and desire to navigate business problems and have an appreciation for decisions affecting areas outside of your accountability.
