What's your role? Bupa is one of Australia's largest health insurers with more than 3 million members. Each of those members need to have clear information about what their health insurance provides. The Product and Customer Entitlement (PACE) team builds, maintains and publishes core health insurance product information across Bupa Health Insurance. This enables our customers to receive their product information across all channels of engagement.
As a key member of the PACE team, you will enable accurate and timely provision of product information to our customers by configuring and maintaining the products within our Product Information Management system.
What will your day look like? Work with key stakeholders to understand upcoming product launches, changes, migrations or closures. Configure product information, product catalogue and Private Health Information Statement (PHIS) changes into the Product Information Management system Validate changes are correct and partner with teams to complete additional quality assurance prior to production release of changes Analyse data from the Product Information Management or Customer Entitlement systems and provide summary reports as required Investigate any queries relating to data accuracy, update the Product Information Management system in when data is inaccurate, ensuring all relevant or impacted stakeholders are engaged Participate in post release verification testing where required, for major or complex product changes Partner with other members of the team to ensure clear understanding across the team of any upcoming changes which might impact areas beyond your core responsibilities Manage stakeholders and build relationships that enable collaboration and delivery of changes on time What will you bring? Must have demonstrated curiosity and passion for learning Intermediate to advanced level of Excel knowledge Demonstrated understanding of Private Health Insurance, Hospital and Extras products highly regarded Prior experience working with compliance and strict timeframes for delivery Prior data management or content management experience advantageous Experience working in Scrum team advantageous Keen eye for detail, able to identify patterns in data Able to understand business process flows and the data which is stored, transformed and transmitted to support those business processes Understanding of SQL and relational databases preferred but not mandatory. Willingness to learn these skills if not currently in the toolkit What's in it for you?
