Product & Business Manager Interlock

Reporting into the Pacific Manager / Product Management - Safety, the new Product & Business Manager Interlock ("P&BMI") will be based at our Notting Hill head office, enjoy flexibility, and have the option of hybrid working.
The P&BMI is to play a crucial role in managing the product portfolio for Interlock throughout Australia and New Zealand, and more specifically: Develop marketing and business plans; Initiate, manage, and evaluate marketing activities; Engage with key accounts to grow legislative alcohol Interlock programs; Support the sales team for technical product information, strategy implementation, performance optimisation, and enabling achievement of sales targets; Conduct product and services training, and support the service team as required; Advise sales and marketing teams on trends and data analysis; Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including international colleagues; Coordinate local product approval with relevant authorities; Manage and add value to the tender process in view of winning new business; Co-management and care of opinion leaders; Determine price settings for product portfolio and manage budget for demonstration stock; Align with global gross profit targets and contribute to budget planning for the portfolio; Report on business performance and KPIs; Apply a compliance focused mindset across all operations, and; Always ensure a safety-first approach.
The ideal candidate will be equipped with the following qualifications, skills, and experience: Tertiary qualification in Technical, Business, or Frontline Management; 3 to 5+ years' experience in a similar technical product sales leadership role; Successful track record of identifying customer needs and ways to satisfy them; Knowledge of government authority customer challenges and workflow (preferred); Capacity to develop strong knowledge and application of Interlock products and services; Moderate-to-high level of proficiency with Service Management, CRM, and MS Office systems; Adaptability and readiness to handle multiple, changing priorities in a fast-paced environment; Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn; Exemplary understanding of compliance rules, with a proactive mindset and the ability to act as a role model in upholding and promoting compliance standards; Excellent customer focus, relationship building, stakeholder management, influencing without authority, negotiation, facilitation, problem solving, and analytical skills; Willing to travel interstate and overseas, and; Current Driving Licence.
A Police Check will be required for this position.
