Fintech Start Up Organisation Product Business Analyst.
6-12 month contract.
Payments Product.
Your new company Join a fintech startup organisation looking to engage a Product Business and Operations Analyst on an initial 6 to 12-month contract to optimise their product and streamline their reporting and operational processes.
Your new role As a Product Operations Business Analyst, you will address operational challenges and champion process optimisation.
You will also be strong in reporting frameworks across multiple sources to ensure they are being utilised for strategic decisions.
This role will require someone who is confident in business and product analysis, using their background in start-up and finance, ideally payments, to ensure the organisation's product is a state of the art, competitive product and providing a great customer experience.
What you'll need to succeed

4-5 years of experience as a Product Based Business Analyst.
This role is mid-level and not ideal for someone who has not worked in a start-up environment.
Experience in financial services organisations, both large scale and start-up, to understand and thrive in an ambiguous and start-up-style environment.
Able to work flexibility, if required, on site 5 days a week in their CBD office.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
SQL and strong reporting and data analysis experience.
Operational and Process Improvement experience.
