Freelancer.com is looking for a Product Associate to help build and grow its enterprise product suite, used by Fortune 500 companies and major government bodies around the world.

Our Product Associate role is ideal for someone looking to break into Product Management or a Junior Product Manager looking to develop their skills in a role where they will have plenty of autonomy and independence.

Essential criteria: MS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent preferred.
2+ years in a product management role or experience leading a startup.
Familiar with SQL and has the ability to process and analyse complex data sets.
Familiar with the web user experience (e.g.
pricing strategy, technology, user flow).
Experience designing simple and intuitive user interfaces – ability to create wireframes and mockups.
Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies.
Familiar with the agile development process.
Desired criteria: Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and present to business audiences.
Demonstrated commercial experience, ideally in a B2B environment.
Experience with enterprise software implementations or integrations.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborating with the product team to define the product vision and assist in building a strategic product roadmap that fits in with the overall strategy of the department and the company.
Setting the objectives and key results for the team.
Working with the developers to deliver quality features and products within the expected timeline.
