Reporting to the Head of Business Banking your role will be accountable for the development, execution and management of our end-to-end ESG strategy for Business Banking, encompassing pricing, product strategy, in-life management and all risk outcomes.

This is an exciting new role at ING and will be a member of the Business Banking Leadership Team. The successful candidate will play an integral part in supporting the business and our customers to reduce their carbon footprint and to build more sustainable businesses in Australia.

What you'll do: Creation and execution of comprehensive sustainability activities Development of ESG propositions for Business Banking segments Establishing partnerships with other companies Fostering relationships with relevant industry representatives and policy makers Minimising the environmental footprint of Business Banking (including customer's footprint) Supporting the transition of customers and clients to more energy efficient businesses Data and risk management across all relevant variables Alignment to ING's environmental, social and governance objectives What we're looking for: Demonstrated leadership experience coupled with a strong coaching and development mindset Demonstrated experience (7+ years) in marketing, product management and/or digital acquisition in lending/financial services Proven experience with cross functional stakeholder management Proven experience in product or project delivery Knowledge of Agile concepts and practices Familiarity with project management and delivery methodologies What's in it for you?
