About the role We're looking for a Product & Services Representative to join our team! If you're a recent graduate with a passion for product management, organization, and collaboration, this is your chance to kickstart your career with a global brand known for innovation. In this role, you'll manage product data, support technical services, and play a key role in the product lifecycle, working closely with teams across engineering, product development, logistics, and more.This is a hybrid role where you'll split your time between our Alexandria and Minto offices, with flexibility to work from home on select days. Key responsibilities include: Maintain the Breville Product Life Cycle: Oversee finished goods, accessories, and spare parts throughout the product lifecycle. Product SKU Management: Create and manage SKUs for global products, coordinating with departments such as Marketing, Product Development, and Supply Chain. Service Partners Administration: Act as the primary link between Breville and service partners, managing communication, invoicing, and claims processes. Product Data Management: Maintain product attributes and BOM (Bill of Materials) across PIM and external systems. Cross-Department Collaboration: Ensure seamless communication and coordination across departments to maintain product data accuracy. What We're Looking For: HS Diploma required, Electrical preferred or of any technical discipline. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience with Excel and a willingness to learn ERP and CRM platforms (e.g., PIM, Salesforce). A proactive attitude and excellent communication skills.
