A little about the role … We are looking for a motivated Product and Marketing manager to advance our product offering and take our brand to a new level.
This is a new position reporting direct to the Chief Executive Officer.
The Product and Marketing manager is responsible for reviewing and contemporising our banking product offering. A resolution to our branding approach is also required along with tactical marketing support to achieve near term commercial objectives.
What you can expect … Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, you will:
Analyse and report on our product performanceMake recommendations to rationalise and improve our product rangeSupport the achievement of near term commercial outcomes by providing targeted and effective marketing supportUndertake research and market scans to inform our relative positionOversee our social media presence and online service offering with the help of agenciesDirect major sponships while providing a framework to colleagues to leverage local sponsorships Report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns & sponsorshipsEstablish marketing compliance with relevant legislation and policiesMaintain the brand standards for now while arriving at an advantageous long term brand solutionAbout you … To be successful in this role, you will have:
At least 5 years in financial services including 3 years in a marketing / product roleA strong desire to make a difference professionallyRelevant tertiary qualificationWell developed communication and inter-personal skillsAbility to effectively manage a number of priorities concurrentlyTime management skills and attention to detail Familiarity with digital offerings and social mediaPrior experience in brand conversions would be desirableWhat's in it for you … You will be a leader in a wider friendly and professional Team passionate about the membership and local communities. Regular attendance at our Warwick head office is expected. The Southern Downs offers a great lifestyle at affordable prices. A contribution to relocation will be considered as part of salary package negotiations.
