Product Analyst, Channels

What you'll do Join our Product Channels team where you'll support digital platforms and the global transformation of how we interact with our customers. As a Product Analyst, you will be responsible for performing business and product analysis across the full spectrum of an assigned programme, from inception/business case and problem identification to detailed tech requirements and handover to support teams. You'll be essential to enabling a great customer and employee experience. The position responsibilities include stakeholder identification and management, scope definition, requirement elicitation, documentation and management, user story creation, data analysis, process mapping, production of guides, UAT management, supporting delivery teams and go to market activities. What experience you need 4+ years of product or business analysis experience in an enterprise environment, identifying and engaging relevant internal and external stakeholders and estimating BA effort Experience supporting sales, product, technology or consulting teams in framing the analysis of business problems and solution design (current and future state, risks and change strategy, etc) Exceptional facilitation skills including experience facilitating online workshops and large groups of all levels of an organisation Requirements elicitation, management and analysis Manage and demonstrate ownership of story refinement sessions and backlog updates. Perform analysis activities required to support go to market activities and operational readiness (customer usage analysis, process and procedure documentation, training support, etc) What could set you apart Financial Services, Technology or Data industry experience would be highly regarded Experience working for a large global organisation with stakeholders across different geographies and timezones Experience performing data analysis on large data sets Exposure to or experience in design thinking principles/service design
