We are looking to add a Product Administrator to our product department to be based here at Dordon. Hybrid working is available. There may also be the occasional international travel required.

How you will make a difference…
To be responsible with the administration required within the department including, spreadsheets, ordering samples and presentation documents.
To support the Category Managers with liaising with suppliers on collating quotes and pricing etc.
Collating all information from the wider team and other departments to create product data for price lists, new item lists and new products.
Inputting all information required on our SAP system including new products and product changes.
Support the wider product team with various internal and external stakeholder communications.
Keeping the innovation hub organised including the installation of new samples.
Assist the department with research on customers and competitors to ensure we are on track with the trends and products being launched.
Supporting the managers with the product literature signoff process to ensure new artwork and documentation is proofed, signed off and sent correctly.
Support the category managers by ensuring the smooth running and communication of the NPD process.
Experience /Attributes;
Proven experience within a similar role is desired
Strong SAP skills for data entry
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
High level of organisational skills
SAP experience is desired
Awareness of technical processes and product development
