As the Producer / Studio Manager, you will bring our brand vision to life by collaborating with a talented team of creatives, content creators, and models to produce visually impactful content.
The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and highly organized, have the ability to influence and rally a team to achieve shared goals, be a solution-oriented and creative problem solver, display grace under pressure when unexpected challenges arise, and have a passion for fashion and project management.
Key Responsibilities Responsible for coordinating and overseeing all elements of shoot production & planning, inclusive of detailed shot lists, model bookings, location bookings, H&MUA bookings, and runsheet preparation. Oversee set design, in collaboration with the stylist and creative manager to ensure that final props and accessories are in line with the overall concept and brand image. Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies, negotiate costs and contracts, and hold them accountable for all necessary materials and services. Create and manage shoot lists and production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources. Manage the daily operations of the studio, including scheduling shoots, managing inventory, maintaining equipment, and cleanliness with support from the studio stylist / assistant. Manage and track expenses to stay within budget for photo shoots and related expenses. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail throughout the entire production process. Collaborate with merchandising and design teams to ensure the intention of the collection is brought to life, tracking timely arrival of samples, prioritizing reshoot requests regarding new arrivals to shoot, and planning reshoots as requested by buyers and management. Continuously seek opportunities to improve styling techniques, workflow efficiencies, and the overall production process. Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years in production management, preferably in a retail or fashion setting. Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines. Experience in budget management and negotiating contracts with external vendors and parties. Keep up to trends that are appropriate to our customer demographic. Communicate Effectively Develop and deliver multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences. Developed skills in visual storytelling, location and talent scouting, and set design. Due to the nature of the role, the ideal candidate will be flexible in their working hours to meet shoot requirements, including traveling to shoot locations. This role will require physical stamina to stand for long periods and lifting heavy objects on set.
