You'll collaborate with different business areas and internal teams, encouraging a breadth of learning opportunity and understanding of how Sky works. Listen now on Spotify: What you'll do:Receive & assess campaign briefs, whilst leading on larger scale productions (creating timings plans and budgets).Create jobs in our internal workflow tool ensuring that placeholder Resource requests, briefing info, timings and job details are always up to date.Manage and book internal and external meetings throughout production process (internal & external reviews, production updates with internal teams etc).Brief creative teams and oversee creative development process ensuring work delivers against brief.End to end delivery of campaign assets; checking creative work before delivery.Manage stakeholder review process, ensuring timings and budget are adhered to throughout the full lifecycle of each project.Ensure that teams are kept across creative and have all the key production and delivery info required.Maintain team documents including resource, project status and budget trackers.Manage the delivery of content to Sky owned and commercial channels through SHs, Media agencies and bespoke processes through Sky Creative.What you'll bring:Proven experience working in a creative agency or production environment - with a heavy focus on BTL deliverables.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Highly organised and able to multitask.Excellent attention to detail.Demonstrates a flexible and pro-active approach.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; is calm under pressure.Able to mentor more junior people in the team.An Irish background is desirable but not essential.Team Overview Sky Creative is Sky's European Brand and Creative hub providing Brand Strategy, Brand Design, Advertising, Promotions, Broadcast Creative and Digital Design for multiple partners across our European Markets.From rebranding Sky Sports to designing key art and creating large-scale ATL campaigns for Sky's commissions and original productions, we are uniquely placed to offer our people a huge range of exciting and diverse opportunities.We believe that an in-house agency is the best of both worlds.
