This is a fantastic opportunity for a producer with a few years' experience to take the next step in your career in radio broadcasting and step into a role that will utilise your natural ability to multitask and keep projects on track while ensuring the quality of our on-air broadcast is maintained.
As Producer you'll already have the contacts, relationships and professionalism to: · Manage and inspire a high performing team (On and off the air), · Manage Guest Bookings · Influence content to ensure flawless on-target execution, · Build segments and shape story-arcs that appeal to Nova's audience, · Work productively alongside talent in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment, · Utilise Nova's social and online platforms to grow Ricki-Lee, Tim and Joel's audience, · Identify opportunities for content in everyday life and craft that into world class radio.
What you'll get bonus points for · Having a minimum of around four years' experience in a similar role · Having an understanding of, appreciation for, and ability to support the commercial success of the show and station.
