About You and the Role We're after a creative content maker who loves live radio and understands Darwin, its people and what makes them tick.
We want people who are connected to their community and can find and tell amazing stories.
If you're passionate about radio, understand audiences and know what they want to hear, then this might be the role for you.
We're after people who can work casual shifts across a range of ABC Radio Darwin programs and develop on-demand audio for digital platforms.
We'd love to hear from you if you: Can break original local stories (Hint: not from a media release or straight from a news website).
Sell a story in a way that forces people to stay in the car or kitchen just so they can keep listening.
Can produce great audio to reach on-demand listening audiences.
Have experience using radio production software and knowledge of in-studio technical support.
Have bold and creative ideas about how we keep audiences listening and then coming back for more.
