We are looking for a Producer and Operations Assistant for the Breakfast Show on Mix 102.3!
Someone who will do what it takes to facilitate outstanding content and station operations, delivered across channels with the best talent in the market!
About The Role:You will work with the breakfast team, content director and ACD to create the most engaging content on radio and digital for the audience and clients:
Pitch, plan and deliver world-class show content to win the day, win the week and win the Survey.Organise and Book guests to ensure your shows are in touch with its audience.Have the ability to generate content that creates moments that drives listener engagement.Working closely with other key stakeholders (commercial, marketing, iHeart) to deliver creative content that delivers successful business outcomes and drives revenue.Call screen and handle all audience correspondence for the Breakfast show.Work with the CD and ACD to fulfill daily operational requirements for the station.Be the cultural leader that inspires the team to deliver best in class content across all platforms.Continue to drive success through imaginative, innovative, and creative ideas that get the market talking.Ability to panel op and announce on Mix when required.About You:You should possess the following qualities:
