About The Role As the Produce Co- Manager you will be directly responsible for the profitability of your department.
You must have a strong commercial awareness of the seasonal and local trends and be able to order accordingly to ensure wastage is kept to a minimum.
You must lead by example whilst training and developing your team to have superior product knowledge and excellent customer service.
