Key Responsibilities: Lead the adoption of the procurement system across the organisation. Draft and communicate new policies and procedures related to the procurement process. Develop training modules to facilitate the seamless onboarding of future staff. Collaborate with PowerBI specialists to refine procurement reports. Provide project administration support, including the development of implementation and growth plans. Skills, Experience and Qualifications: Prior experience in procurement operations. Familiarity with procurement systems, such as SAP Ariba, or Coupa. Ability to understand and articulate procurement-related terminology and concepts. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
