Procurement Support Officer

Vectiq is looking for an experienced Procurement Support Officer to work as an integral part of a collaborative procurement and contracts team of a Federal Government agency based in Canberra.
WORKING ARRANGEMENTSWork will be onsite in Canberra.
RESPONSIBILITIES Conducting complex end-to-end procurement approaches.Drafting complex procurement documentation including but not limited to: RFT documentation, head documents, statements of requirement, and complex response schedules.Drafting commercial arrangements.Successfully administering contracts.Managing risk, including the development of comprehensive risk assessments.ABOUT YOU Proven ability to communicate effectively and navigate complex stakeholder relationships.Relevant qualifications and/or industry certification, for example, Diploma of Government and/or Certificate IV in Government (Procurement and Contracting) or equivalent.An understanding of the Commonwealth Procurement Rules (CPRs) and all relevant additional procurement-related policies and legislation.ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Contract until June 2025 with multiple extension options.Australian Citizenship is mandatory.Canberra location.#J-18808-Ljbffr
