Procurement Support Officer A03/1 ASAP Start 3 months + possible extension $49.40 + super per hour Queensland State Government Cannon Hill & Nerang Provide high level administration support to the Procurement team in this large QLD State Government Department!This role will float between the Cannon Hill & Nerang Office. Your duties will include: Manage internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls Provide high level administration support to the wider procurement team and senior managers Data entry, reporting and running compliance/verification checks to ensure accuracy within supplier databases Review and action updates to procedures, guidelines and standard forms while maintaining document control, in conjunction with Quality Assurance Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders YouThe successful candidate will have: Proven experience in an administration or procurement support role Proficient MS Office Suite skills, including Excel Previous Government experience is highly desirable High attention to detail with the ability to identify and address potential issues before they escalate Excellent communication skills ApplyTo be considered for this position, please apply below with your CV and cover letter in Microsoft Word format.
