This position is 100% onsite Monday - Friday.

Job Description Monitors, direct and indirect inventory levels to determine planning of reorders needed, controls through collecting, analyzing, and summarizing usage trends and forecasted data.
Processes internal purchasing requisitions for materials, services as requested.
Provides sourcing recommendations for materials and/or services based on an Approved Supplier List.
Assists with sourcing and onboarding new suppliers, as needed to the ASL.
Prepares and issues purchase orders by adhering to approved/released internal specifications and specified supplier sourcing.
Manages purchases by monitoring expected deliveries and expediting/adjusting when necessary, based on inventory levels.
Monitors receipt of items by comparing items received in system to items ordered; resolves/reconciles shipment errors with receiving department and/or suppliers.
Authorizes/reconciles payments for purchases through verification of receipts.
Maintains records of purchase orders through accurate filing documents, as indicating within specified, release processes and procedures.
Updates knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.
Accomplishes purchasing and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
Assists with Receiving and Logistics requirements as needed.
Qualifications Bachelors Degree in Science, preferred but not required Proficient in SAP within the Purchasing Modules as well as Material Master.
Prior experience working in a Medical Manufactured facility and/or with FDA experience preferred 5 years working in a Purchasing/Buyer role.

Undergo all formal Training Events as may be directed from time-to-time.
Observe and comply with all Sirtex Corporate Policies.
Work within, and ensure adherence to Quality System procedures, work instructions and other Quality System requirements.
Work within, and ensure adherence to Health, Safety and Environment Management System procedures, instructions and other requirements.
The target base salary range for this position will range from $68,000 to $91,000 annually.
Individual compensation for this job requisition will be based on non-discriminatory factors, including your geographic location, skills, experience, education and other factors as they relate to the position requirements.
Actual compensation may vary depending on the confirmed job-related skills and experience.

In addition to the expected base compensation, this role is eligible to participate in Sirtex's incentive programs (target bonus of 5% for this position) and benefit plans, which include paid sick and vacation time, health insurance and a generous 401k matching program.
