The arm of a much larger global corporation this company works with some of the world's most famous brands including Caltex, Bega Group, Jameson & more!

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this role involves working closely with 4 Sales professionals and assisting with sourcing products based on briefs, costings, mock-ups and presentations. You will handle all queries via phone, email & web. In addition, you will assist the sales team, and work on bespoke products and projects. This includes managing order life cycles, administration tasks, inventory management & much more.

The successful candidate will be responsible for representing the company in a professional, positive, and friendly manner whilst demonstrating a relentless desire to achieve business goals and objectives.

Please note this is a full-time permanent role with an ASAP start, Mon - Fri, 9AM - 5PM & there is no work from home in this role.  About you: • 3-5 years experience in a similar role, ideally within promotional merchandising, procurement or buying.  A flair for design and comfortable producing mockups • Confidence in handling multiple projects and administration tasks • Procurement experience and sourcing items within retail or merchandising • A team player who enjoys project ownership with the ability to prioritize tasks accordingly • Confident with software and systems and exposure to ExcelWhat's in it for you?
