BenefitsMacquarie Park location close to public transport with onsite parkingPermanent roleAccess to onsite gymWellness programsSupportive manager and teamExcellent company cultureAbout the opportunityReporting to the Regional Procurement Manager for a global healthcare company, your job will be to manage the day-to-day procurement activities for ANZ.You will be responsible for indirect categories including marketing, professional services, and logistics amongst others.DutiesLead strategies and savings projects within specific spend categoriesSupport the implementation of global and regional procurement projectsEngage with stakeholders to ensure projects and sourcing strategies are implemented effectivelySupport and guide local stakeholders to ensure compliance across processes and policiesProvide systems supportPrepare monthly reports including spend reports, savings reports, and reports for supply chain as requiredHelp improve contract management and third-party engagementManage the purchase order approval process as per policiesManage and monitor local supplier baseAssess opportunities for process improvement across the functionSkills and ExperienceSolid experience in procurement managing a variety of indirect categories, ideally including marketingExperience in working in the healthcare industry would be advantageousExperience in procurement in a large organizationDemonstrated abilities with data analysis and report preparationStrong stakeholder management and ability to negotiateResults focusedAbility to work autonomously and prioritize your workloadCultureExcellent company culture.
